In 1798, Judge John Fogel constructed the first building in Fogelsville. Hence, the Fogelsville was born. Over the past 210+ years, there have been many stories and even more memories. About Hops at The Paddock

First opened in 1948, the Paddock was the first to serve tomato pie, what we know today as Paddock pizza, in the Allentown area. It is a landmark for citizens of the Lehigh Valley. People come for the good food, friendly staff, and great beer and liquor selection. The Paddock is a place where old and young can come to enjoy a fun, family friendly environment.
